    Of course it varies considerably based on how big your kids are. They should fit most kids ages 3 to 9.

  • Will these also help with sleep?

    MAYBE - but they are not likely to make a huge difference. The most powerfully disruptive wavelengths are the longer blue and cyan which require an orange lens to filter out.
